2. Booking & Scheduling

- Appointment times may vary depending on weather, access to the site, and fleet conditions.
- We reserve the right to reschedule if unsafe or unworkable conditions are present.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- We accept: Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Online Payment, or Company Invoicing (with approval).
- Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities

- Notify us in advance of any hazardous conditions or special requirements.
5. Service Warranty

- We are not responsible for mechanical issues unrelated to the services provided.
- If you believe a service was performed incorrectly, you must notify us within 72 hours.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Missed appointments may result in a call-out fee.
